I'm trying to use the barcode scanner using the freshservice app but I'm getting a message saying "BarCode should contain only Alphabets and Numbers"
Our existing barcode format is CAN-10000
When will the barcode scanner on the app support character such as dash "-"?

Dear Jinlong,
Our new release scheduled in about 2 weeks from now will address the concern raised by you. We have removed the restrictions in the acceptable characters for the barcode scanner. Hence going forward it will accept all characters (numeric, alphabets and special characters)
