We tried to integrate the Freshservice Customer Portal (Requester Portal) into a Microsoft Teams App as we are using frehservice for internal IT-Support.

From our point of view we want to make the portal accessible as easy as possible - for us it is the teams integration as we are using Microsoft Teams very heavy.

Asked the support for help but at the moment it is not possible to integrate the portal website into own apps because freshservice has turned on a security feature called “x-frame-options - sameorigin”. 

We realy need an easy way to embed the customer portal into teams to make it accessible as easy as possible.

I like this request.  We are evaluating other tools, like dynamics customer service because Freshservice relies on email and a stand-alone portal to work with requestors.  We want a fully integrated Teams experience with an integrated portal and chat as the primary communication method with requestors.  Think of the way you can add a SharePoint site to a teams channel.  

The updates to servicebot are very helpful, and the new Teams communication features to a ticket are great; however, it still lacks the integration that would make it impossible for the requestor to revert to using email.
