I have a few questions about FreshService.
What tariff do we need to be one to embed the helpdesk in our website?
When it comes to the actual embedding, is that done via an iframe? We have a Wordpress based site so it would be good if the Freshdesk Official plugin took the strain.

We would like this also.
At least an option / method to embed the solutions and not have to point them to the support portal and/or use an iframe.
