The Form Templates in freshservice need to allow for the generating of templates for all potential modules that use a form (ex. Problems, Releases, and Solutions Articles). Currently it is limited to Tickets and Changes. We use templates extensively and would like to do so for Problems and Release records to save our agents time and energy.
Please consider this enhancement!!
