It would be nice to have a place to manage a general signature for FreshService tickets and a placeholder that could be referenced in emails sent out to users.
We could setup a nice looking signature, that includes logos, stylized text for emails sent out by email notifications, workflows, and supervisors. This way, when we need to modify that signature in the future for brand style changes or any other reasons, we would be able to do it from one central location, rather than having to hunt through every email notification, workflow automation, and supervisor to make sure they are modified and all match.
