After migrating from freshdesk to freshservice, we are missing the feature ‘undo send’.
This was a useful feature that you could cancel a sent reply on a ticket within 5-10 seconds if you notice for example that you are missing an attachment or a person in CC.
Can this please be added in freshservice?
