We would need to be to be able to send proactive emails from Freshservice as we can do in Freshdesk using “Outbound Email” feature.
We are using Freshservice not only for IT department and our Corporate Service teams need to be able to reach out proactively a contact and ensure the tracking and followup through the system.
This feature is really useful in Freshdesk and we were not able as of now to find a workaround in Freshservice.
