Please consider adding exclusion logic to all filtering ( i.e. NOT ) when creating Views for Ticket Management
Example 1: Create new View - I need to exclude specific company or requester from being included in the result set. I am simply not going to add 1000 requester names because I cannot add 1 name to an exclusion list - as a result cannot create a really important view.
Workaround: Create a tag “Include in View” which gets added by automation to tickets that I do want to see in our ticket mgmt views - not ideal as easy to mix up or miss.
