Hello,
After utilizing FreshService for a year, I find its gamification (or Arcade) module for points and quests severely lacking. We are limited to a few icon/graphic badges and the leaderboard is basic; not engaging whatsoever. If there are no plans to revamp FreshService’s gamification interface or settings, it would be appreciated if we can at least see the integration with FreshService and Kaizo (Kaizo | Performance Management for Customer Support Teams).
