I would like to know if generating invoices in Freshservice is possible and, if not, when this feature is expected to be released.

You could do this a couple ways depending on what your use case is:
- Using the contracts module
- Using Document Templates
In the case of the latter you would be able to populate data from tickets to send out an invoice for work performed. The “problem” here would be that if you are running an MSP or similar and have 100 tickets for a business, this would be 100 unique invoices getting generated instead of a single invoice with line items being listed out (could result in complaints from the AP team receiving these).
