Current the translation for Major Incident in german is as follow:

 

Schwerer Incident

Melden Sie ein schwerwiegendes Problem

 

Not only it does not comply with ITIL, but it is very poorly translated in the german language and represents a challenge for user acceptance.

 

We please ask to update the german translation to:

Major Incident 

Melden Sie einen Major Incident

we just revamped the German translation in Freshservice to have it compliant with the ITIL Glossary, which also includes Major Incidents:
