Getting SPAM from FreshDesk (has my FreshDesk instance been exploited?)

Anybody else seeing some of their Freshdesk contacts receiving SPAM now for things like bogus Amazon AWS invoices, etc? -- coming from the legit FreshDesk sendgrid registered servers?


Happened to me - and can only assume all of my system contacts.  My personal gmail is loaded as a test contact, received 2 emails tonight, subjects below:


Subject: Amazon.com: Payment Receipt 

Subject: Amazon Web Services Billing Statement Available
