Hello,
I’ve been using Freshdesk for around two months and while the service has many positives, such as a free knowledge base, ticketing system and unlimited articles. The themes are not that great. It would be nice if we were given more theme options on Freshdesk rather than being limited to two basic themes.
It’s not really difficult to give and offer more theme options for users on the free plan. I am not looking to upgrade paid plans.
