We have Agents who create Project Tasks for their teams from tickets. When an Agent creates a Project Task, it automatically adds them as a Watcher to that Task. However, these Agents are mainly triage for their teams and don’t need to be informed of the status of the tasks they create. Because they are automatically added as Watcher, it created a massive amount of notification spam/noise.
When added a Project Task from a ticket or anywhere, there needs to be an option to ‘Watch’ or not watch. The only way to remove a Watcher is to go into each Project Task individually to remove as a watcher and this is making more busywork for these triage people.
