Gmail message bounced

Hi,

when I try to answer on a ticket I got the following error:

"The following message composed by you on ticket 527 failed to reach the recipient xy@gmail.com.
Reason: "Message bounced - Temporary error."

Can you help me why?

I tested lot of gmail recipient but the error message are same.
