Good morning/afternoon/evening placeholder

Please will you consider giving us the option of a placeholder which automatically changes between ‘Good Morning’, ‘Good Afternoon’, & ‘Good Evening’ based on the time of day it is inserted into the agents/systems response?

It might be a good idea to also give an option to do the same but taking into account the time of day where the requester is emailing from if that information can be taken from the incoming email properties.
