Firstly, it is great news that the Freshdesk Mint interface has the ability to link to Google Drive now -- https://apps.freshdesk.com/google_drive/ Nice Work !
However, one of the more important features of Google GSuite are Team Drives -- the Google Drive link above only gives access to an individual users "MyDrive"... when, what would be far more beneficial would be access to Google Team Drives .
This would allow the ability to have a shared drive area that would work both in _and out_ of Freshdesk, for the whole helpdesk team.
