To be able to get manager structure (the employees manager) in freshservice without any manual steps, SCIM support for google workspace would be ideal for google workspace customers. This would make sure that it would always be up to date and no need of manual imports, it is already supported by azure ad, okta etc. Google workspace also supports provisioning for freshdesk so maybe not a big thing to get it to work with freshservice also?
