We desperately need this feature, from both a security best-practices point of view, and a financial standpoint.

Having to pay for a full agent license costing thousands pear year just to be able to use the API is ridiculous. As is having to pay for multiple agents in order to follow the security best practice of one API key per integration.

Disappointed to see that nothing relating to this was on the last roadmap webinar.

Agreed - Atlassian offers multiple API keys per user account with the option to scope. Even that option would be a vast improvement to having to use my org admin level API key for all integrations. Using an agent API key for integrations is no where near current recommended best practices for security. Hopefully this is rolled out ASAP, especially in the day & age of AI coding.

Isn't this considered implemented with the introduction of API Integration Users?

This is done now right under “Integration Users”? If so perhaps mark this as resolved?

Hey @Adonis Malas,
are you writing about Freshdesk? I don’t see any option to add integration users?

As far as I know, integration users are Freshservice only.

Best

Thomas
