Please provide greater control over group privacy in FreshDesk (like we have in FreshService). A couple good options:
- Ability to give people visibility to groups (an observer) without making them a member. (Making them a member includes them in the round robin rotation, agent list, reports, etc.)
- Ability to make groups restricted to only members/observers, so they are still private to people with global scope.
Those two things right there would solve our main problems. But another idea is to be able to grant membership/observability not in just an inclusive manner, but in an exclusive manner (i.e. all groups except these ones).
This is a great system but we haven’t been able to bring certain teams into the platform because of the inability to truly make groups private while also giving everyone else access to the groups they need without making them members! It’s very frustrating.
