Hi,

 

We really want to be able to run reports using company segments. This will allow us to for example measure ticket deflection (i.e. average # tickets raised by companies in a “low touch” company segment)

You are talking about Reports on Support Group Activity or Departments - Services in the main company ?

Just to understand the need because maybe I have the same need !

Hi @mfedele yes this does seem to be a similar requirement. 

 

The issue is that we cannot filter or group reports based on fields in the Company or Contact section. 

We want to divide our clients in to different groups as these groups pay for different support packages, and would need to store this information under “Company”. From a reporting perspective this makes the fields under Company etc pretty useless if we cannot use them in our reporting.
