Is it available to send an email to a saved "group" like you can on outlook? Tried to do this a couple of times but can't seem to find the function.

Did you get a chance to a chance to try Proactive outreach?


Using this feature, you would be able to send emails to a group of email. All you have to do is to import the CSV file containing the list of contacts to whom the email should be sent.
