Within the Software asset management space of Fresh we believe a great and needed feature would be to be able to sync software “users” based off Azure or AD groups.
Currently you have to manually assign software to a user in Fresh, when its already done so via AD or Azure by way of group assignment.
User requests software → approved → Fresh automation assigns application group/license group, ticket resolves.
However, if we wish to track usage in the CMDB we would need to manually assign the software to the user. It would be a ma-hooosive improvement to allow us to sync a group to a software in Fresh and when users are added or removed, they are also added or removed from the asset in Fresh.
