Groups enhencement - Aggregate groups feature

Working with multiple Outsourcing partners and having multiple groups, the administration and accesses management may be complicated and time consuming. 

The function of aggregating groups into department and then granting analytics and ticket accesses based on departments, would make our life much easier.
