GUI amendment to list Scheduled Reports & Widgets

It is currently not possible to produce a list of all Reports or Widgets that are scheduled to run automatically.
If there are failures and the reports are not received it may be necessary to manually re-trigger them.
This could be a time-consuming task without access to a list of the scheduled reports or widgets.

Hi @rus.yates-aylott - you may have already seen this but for others, there is a text list of all the reports scheduled to run.  The Analytics module does not (AFAIK) indicate whether a report has failed to run tho.

 

 

You can click to see who are the recipients and when it was scheduled to run.

 

To overcome the shortcoming of notice on run failure, I always include my own email as one of the recipients so I know if I didn’t get the report then something happened.

 

I support the idea of adding Last Successful Run to the meta data around these reports.

Maybe even add a calendar view?
