It would be nice to allow the rightmost column of fields to be collapsed and expanded at will. Doing so will allow for the main column body to consume more of the page making it easier to read & edit long documents.

You can click on the Full screen option in the article edit view to allow the editor to occupy maximum screen space.

This is a welcomed addition.
It appears however to only be present in the "Solutions" section, and not in actual tickets.
This is true in both the older classic view as well as the newer mint view.
Is it possible to get this put into the ticket view, where a user spends most of the time?
