Our Freshservice portal is used mainly by French users, but we provide English for non-French speakers.
Though, if we are able to translate knowledge articles, many items are not available for localization:
- Knowledge folders and categories
- Service categories and items
- Form templates
- And, of course, date format: a very basic request...
