Hi FS community (users and FS team alike),
Not sure if this is the right place to do this, but would like your support to upvote "Freshservice" as a new integration in Integromat (a Zapier-like service).

Rationale:
- There is an existing Freshdesk integration available, so it would make sense to do for Freshservice as well (https://www.integromat.com/en/integrations/freshdesk)
- Integromat eliminates the need for a self hosted middleware to run actions external to Freshservice's workflow automator
- Integromat has a large number of useful integrations available like Telegram, file/email attachment manipulation, powerful parsing capabilities (e.g JSON) and error handling
