Help widget feature request

Hi, I like the idea of the widget, but I have a few items of feedback before it would be ready for us to incorporate in our app. - When users close the help widget (say, in order to see behind it). And then re-open, the ticket they have been writing is gone. It would be great if there was an option to preserve a ticket that somebody is working on - Would it be possible to automatically attach a file. We would like to automatically attach today's log to each ticket
