Hide a service catalog category

The purpose of this idea is to create a folder for service items that would only used for additional items for certain service items. to prevent users from placing orders for these items they would be placed in a service category folder that is only visible to certain groups or admins while still allowing for requestors to place orders for those items so long as they pick the service item they are bundled in.
