Currently there's a lot of information displayed about each ticket in the Tickets tab. However, it would be nice to have a view that removed the image, and fit all of the details of a ticket into one line, similar to a Gmail style view (old Gmail, not the new one). I think the idea of packing in a lot of data into smaller areas would expand how many tickets you could present on one page, and make it easier to glance through a large stack of tickets.
