When setting up holidays in FreshDesk, please can you allow the proper use of the calendar. Currently we just setup the day and month of the holiday, but in the UK (and I’m sure elsewhere) the public holidays change every year.
Adding the year to the function would mean we can setup the next couple of years holidays in advance, and retain the history for audit purposes

I totally agree!
Currently, Public Holidays only include the day and month (dd/mm), without the year.
It would be very helpful if the year could also be included. This would allow us to:
- Import public holidays for multiple future years at once, rather than waiting to do it year by year.
- Maintain a clear history of past holidays.
