It is great to know that you are interested in contributing towards our help desk translations. 

In a lot of cases, the words are editable at your end, especially labels. 

Could you send me screenshot(s) of the portal where you see a lot of English words?

Hi, Just adding my input - as you can the "sign up for your..." is mixed.

Omer, we have just finished translating this bit of string in all languages. It would be updated in the product after each language version goes through a testing cycle. This would probably be deployed in Hebrew within the next 5-6 weeks.
