I host a lot of product information in my Solutions area. I would like to know how much it is being used by our customers. Is there a way to measure hits to pages that I could run on a report?

You can integrate Freshdesk with Google Analytics which will help you track the number of pages views in your knowledge base along with other metrics. You can read more about the integration here: Integration with Google Analytics
