I can't go back and edit my educational details so dat I can enter my medical school record.... Please help me, time is running out for me.... I need to print out my provisional license...... Thanks

You can add users (We call them 'Contacts') in Freshdesk by simply clicking on the New contact button available on the top right corner of the page. Freshdesk allows you to bulk upload contacts via csv file upload or through REST API. For more details on creating contacts, please refer to this self-help article.
