How to Auto Stop Timer when status is updated as 'waiting on customer' or 'pending'?

When I "Send and set as Closed" or "Resolved," the Freshdesk timer automatically stops. However, when I "Send and set as Waiting on Customer" or "Pending," the timer keeps going even when I exit the ticket and continue to work on other tickets. 


How do I make the timer stop automatically after sending and setting as Waiting on Customer?

With the new auto start timer, it is possible to define statuses for which the ticket timer would start/stop. You can install this app if you're running Freshdesk on the new Mint interface.
