I'm looking to generate an analytics report that highlights the primary concerns within each category. For instance, I'd like to identify the top issues related to printers, desktops, and applications. Currently, I've created a report that provides an overview based on the subject, but due to it being case-sensitive, I'm unable to obtain the actual count. Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve this?
