How to use or access new features...

I have been skimming through various topics on here and get excited when I see a topic that was requested and now implemented like ScreenR.   However the final line after they are implemented and the topic is closed doesn't link to where this wonderful new feature can be accessed.  Some of them I am sure just need a link or "click here and here" to turn on others a quick tutorial on what to do after it is turned on would help greatly.
