We would like to be able to link Business Policy Documents to Service Catalog requests. A simple solution would appear to be the ability to add a little HTML to a SC Request Form to support this. Specifically we are looking to have a mandatory checkbox with the text "I have read the Company Policy document" and next to it (or within the text piece) and <a href=... /> link to an internal policy document.
I'm sure the ability to include html snippets could be used for all sorts of purposes.
Totally agree. Ability to add links in the service catalog would totally make sense,
as it is currently not even possible to add a description(!) within the request.
Also putting links into asset profile card information would help to overcome some limitations.
