Sometimes you are looking for the name of someone in an organization and you find the person in the contacts section. Then you want to email that person but you have to copy the email address into a new email.
It would be preferred if the email address inside the contacts page was a live hyperlink that brought up a new email inside Freshdesk with the email address already entered.
It would be a nice time saver.

And the possibility to send an email to all the contact of a company, by searching the company.

The new MINT interface allows you to create a ticket from the contact page. Clicking on the new ticket icon opens up a slider in the same page with the contact information populated automatically.
