I'd like built Google Maps or Bing Maps integration

I need to quickly know where to send my technicians geographically.  Using the API I've knocked together a php script to export my agents tickets.  As a quick hack I can cut and paste this into a 3rd party website to list all my tickets on a map.    


Before I spend another few hours with the Google Maps API, surely Freshdesk can come up with something a bit more integrated.


I can't be the only customer that needs decent mapping for tickets?

The integration looks impressive. I have added it to out backlog. We will consider this for inclusion to the active roadmap during our quarterly review.

Also the Address Field in customer (Edit Contacts) should have optional Google Maps integration. 


For example, in my setup I'd set a default to my country, then when I start typing in an address it should drop down with available addresses.

So is this on the roadmap or not?  


It's frustrating having technicians driving miles away to find out there was another job waiting nearby that wasn't picked up.  I don't really want to have to look at alternative helpdesk software but the lack of this feature in Freshdesk is killing us.

Hello Scracha,


You can try our FSM feature which allows you to track any addresses that you include in your tickets. However, it is only available for available from Estate and Forest plans only.

I'm happy to upgrade if it provides the features I require.  


Which of the following does FSM do as the video / link is light on details.


a) Display a map similar to the one I first posted showing all ticket/customer locations?

b) Show me where my agents are?

c) Let an agent know nearby jobs (in the "app").
