Hi

We'd love to have a per-agent iCalendar feed of all tickets by due date. For Google Apps users it would be nice for the agent to have some UI to automatically subscribe his/her Google Calendar to the feed URL (via the Google Calendar API).

Hi Stephen

Thanks for raising this. We are working on a few Google Apps Integration enhancements. We will surely consider this feature and try to bring it in our future releases.

thanks and regards

Some of us don't use gmail but an iCal feed of tickets by agent would be AWESOME.
We try to get our agents to plan there days and having the tickets on the top of the day

Actually the best way may be to simply implement an RSS feed link as an option for every Customer view that you setup. This way it would offer the most flexible option.

It needs to be by Due date too.

We use google apps calendar and the ability to schedule service calls would be great if we didn't have to jump back and forth between apps to do so. I would like to see the ability to set appointments. Our service business requires a lot of on-site work, and being able to schedule appointments with customers and let them know when to expect us is very important. I would rather see appointment times than due dates as far as calendars go.

Hello,

Google calendar integration allows you to create/edit events right from within the Freshdesk ticket. You can read more about it here.

Cheers!
