Icon for Custom Cards Can't be Top or Right Aligned

For the default card options on the Customer Portal the icon can either be left, top or right aligned. However when creating your own cards to add to that view, the icon can only be left aligned. In practice this forces the choice of left align for the standard cards to ensure a consistent UX. The options for the custom cards should reflect the standard cards.
