Is there a way I can pull a list of tickets which do not have any time logged against them? I need a way to identify where agents may have forgotten to add their time to tasks.

For what it’s worth, I just asked Freshservice support about this and there is still not a way to filter these as there is no “null” operator to find empty entries. I assume the same is true for Freshdesk.
