Implement CSS+HTML customization for agent admin portal

Hi,

I change few things with CSS+HTML in our requesters portal, but we can’t edit anything in our agent view (portal).

My question is why?

I think it could be really useful to implement this, so we can add floating text, edit the menu, add important links, important website, website for status of our major services, etc or simply to edit the theme, colors and everything.


I think its something you should implement.
