implement group hierarchy (nested groups)

would be nice to use groups in hierarchy as nested groups. (like queus in OTRS.com)

Hello,


If I get this right, you'd like to add sub-groups under a parent group and add agents accordingly. Right now, there are no plans to include this but we'd love to explore more around the need for this feature.


It would be great if you can share your use-cases so that we can better understand and also suggest workarounds, if any.

Assume you have a Global Department (e.g. Infrastructure) and within this dept. you have Infrastructure Cloud, then you would like to group those depts. together as sub group of the global dept.
