CURRENTLY
At this time, only admins and account admins can bulk import and export canned responses.
IDEA
In order for all agents to be able to easily edit or upload many canned responses at one time, We would like this feature to be available for all agent levels. It would make sense that only admins are allowed to do this for the general folder and other and other global canned responses folders. But for the personal folder, all agents should be able to do this themselves.
