This is sort of related to similar posts, but to provide additional context. While the export of articles feature is great, it exports *EVERYTHING*. What would be more helpful would be to allow import and export of articles from Google Docs, Intercom, or some other linked interfaces so you can create once and publish everywhere.
My situation is we need to keep up both Intercom and Freshdesk self-help areas. (Non-negotiable. Both must exist.) This is far too time-consuming in its current format. There should be better tools in place to make this process easier. Minimum of allowing direct API import from say Intercom or GDocs, or allowing import from a markdown editor.
