As a Freshdesk admin I want to be able to resize the logo so it looks like other communication of our company. Now we tried uploading a smaller one, but it still is shown big with a low quality even.
The portal name shown, should then be aligned vertically centred with the logo.
The white space which is added around the favicon should be removed/not added.
