The solution articles within the knowledge base are a very handy feature, but require a lot of time to create and maintain.
A possibility to export the articles is therefore, as a backup, very important. The XML export works reasonably well, but unfortunately attachments, for example, are not exported.
We plan to attach numerous files, and the articles make little sense without these attachments.
For the articles, other export formats like PDF would also be much more practical and useful.
More options for exporting solution articles would be a great benefit to our business, and I'm sure others feel the same way.
